Jaber Ahmad KH Al-Sulaiti

Mr. Jaber Ahmad KH Al-Sulaiti founded Al-Ahed Trading & Contracting in 1975 and has been instrumental in shaping the Group’s reputation for nearly five decades. His distinguished career spans government administration, diplomacy and business leadership, including senior roles within the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Amiri Diwan. His vision of integrity, excellence and long-term partnerships continues to guide Al-Ahed’s growth today.

Mr. Jassim Mohd. Al-Mansoori

Mr. Jassim Mohd A. Al-Mansoori brings nearly three decades of leadership experience across human resources, business development and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Al-Ahed Holding, he held senior leadership positions with leading organisations, including Ooredoo. Today, he leads the Group’s strategic growth with a focus on innovation, operational excellence and long-term value.

Mr. Mohamed Jaber Al-Sulaiti

Mr. Mohammed Jaber A. KH Al-Sulaiti leads Al-Ahed with extensive experience in finance, investment and corporate governance. Having built his career within Qatar’s energy sector, he has served on the boards of several leading industrial and energy companies. His strategic vision continues to strengthen Al-Ahed’s position as a trusted engineering partner.

Nirav Satishkumar Bavisi

Mr. Nirav Satishkumar Bavisi is a Chartered Accountant with international experience across the energy, aviation and investment sectors. As Chief Financial Officer, he leads the Group’s financial strategy, governance and long-term planning, supporting sustainable growth and operational excellence.
